Looking for ways to push ourselves creatively and bolster agency culture, a couple of my fellow creatives and I created a program called Lil Sebastian.
Lil Sebastian is a monthly meet-up where we experiment with unfamiliar techniques and push ourselves to try new things through creative projects. We invite the entire agency and and the program helps to enforce POSSIBLE's maker culture.
